1. Acceptance
By using prosvc.com (or the Pro Services LLC site you're on), submitting forms, or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates & Proposals
Estimates are non-binding until both parties sign a written proposal or work order. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Change Orders
If the scope of work changes mid-project (added work, hidden damage, upgrades), we will issue a written change order with line-item pricing and obtain your signed approval before any extra work begins. The final invoice will not exceed the approved scope.
4. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from substantial completion against defects in our installation. Material warranties pass through from the manufacturer. Damage from misuse, neglect, weather events, or third-party work is not covered.
5. Subscriptions & Marketing
Subscribing to email or SMS marketing is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time (reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in emails) without affecting active project work.
6. Referral Program
Referral credits (10% of the referred project's contracted value) are issued to the referrer's account after the referred project is booked and paid, and are applied to a future invoice. A minimum referred project value of $2,500 is required to qualify. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other promotions, and expire 12 months from issuance. Pro Services LLC reserves the right to invalidate credits earned through fraud or abuse of the program.
7. Payments
Invoice terms are net-15 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. Returned checks incur a $35 fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Services LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
