Pro Services LLC ("Pro Services," "we," "us") is a premium full-service general contractor and property improvement company, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with crews operating across Minnesota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Florida, and Costa Rica. Cleaning services are provided by our sister company, Resurgence Solutions LLC.

• Contact info you submit via estimate forms, the subscribe form, the referrals form, or by emailing/calling us: name, email, phone number, project address, and project details.
• Subscription preferences: whether you opted in to email and/or SMS marketing.
• Referral codes you create or redeem.
• Basic technical data when you visit the site (browser, device, pages viewed) for analytics and security.

• To respond to estimate requests, schedule work, and bill for completed jobs.
• To send transactional updates about your project.
• To send marketing emails and texts only if you opted in (holiday deals, promotions, referral rewards).
• To prevent fraud and improve our services.

We keep contact and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax/legal obligations. Data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with industry-standard access controls.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
