Pro Services LLC was founded by Jose Pablo Castillo in 2010 as a way to provide for his family. What started as a painting business quickly grew into a passion for general contracting — and a reputation for craftsmanship that clients could trust.
In 2019, Melissa Castillo founded Resurgence — a cleaning and restoration company built on the same family values. After a brief pause, Resurgence reopened in 2026 under Melissa's leadership, bringing fresh energy and the same commitment to quality.
Today, Valerie Castillo serves as VP and Operator of both Pro Services LLC and Resurgence, ensuring every project — from a single paint job to a full post-construction clean — meets the standard this family was built on.
